We sell digital assets including but not limited to: LUTs (color grading presets), sound effects, motion graphics, video overlays, transitions, and other video editing tools.

Important: License type varies by product. Always check the product description to see what license is included with your purchase.

Personal License: Products with a personal license are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may use the assets in your own projects but not for client work, advertising, or any commercial purposes.

Commercial License: Some products include a commercial license by default, allowing you to use the assets in commercial projects, client work, advertising, marketing materials, and revenue-generating content. For products that don't include a commercial license, you can purchase it as an addon during checkout.

Important Restriction: Regardless of license type, you may NOT resell, redistribute, or sublicense the digital assets themselves. The license grants you usage rights, not ownership or redistribution rights.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and delivered. Digital assets are delivered instantly via email and cannot be returned.

We strongly recommend:

• Carefully reviewing product descriptions and previews before purchasing
• Verifying compatibility with your software version
• Contacting us with any questions before making a purchase

If you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

We are NOT responsible or liable for:

• Copyright Issues: Any copyright infringement claims made by third parties against your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our assets complies with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
• Damages or Losses: Any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of our digital assets, including but not limited to project delays, lost revenue, data loss, or technical problems.
• Audio Library Usage: Any damages or copyright claims resulting from your use of our sound effects library in your projects.
• Third-Party Platforms: Any issues with third-party platforms (YouTube, social media, etc.) flagging or removing your content.
• Compatibility: Issues arising from software incompatibility, outdated software versions, or user error in installation or implementation.

Our digital assets are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We distribute assets that we have proper licenses for, but we make no guarantees about their performance or suitability for any particular purpose.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our digital assets
• Claim ownership or authorship of our assets
• Use assets in any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the assets to create competing products
• Share your download links or account access with others
• Use assets for commercial purposes without the appropriate commercial license (check your product description to see if commercial use is included)

Download links are valid for 7 days from the time they are generated. You can request new download links at any time through our resend downloads page.

You maintain access to download your purchased products as long as they exist in our catalog. We may update or discontinue products at our discretion, but existing customers will retain access to the version they purchased.

All digital assets, content, and materials on our website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. We own or have licenses for all assets we distribute.

When you purchase a license, you receive rights to use the assets according to your license type (personal or commercial), but you do not receive ownership of the assets themselves.
